Teaching Procedures Step1 Lead in Watch a video and ask the students to answer my questions? Step2 Presentation Show the pictures of the textbooks, help the students to get the pronunciation of the new words right.

Step3 Finish the class schedule Show the class schedule to the students. Ask them to finish some of their school days’ class schedule

Step 4 Quick Response Show the sentences to the students, they stand and say the subject out. It will help them know the subject well. Step 5 Listening

Students look at the page 49, 1a. Read the subjects together. Then listen and circle the words they hear. Step 6 Pair work Ask and answer in pairs. Step 7 Listening 1.Before listening , they can number the conversation. Then listen and

check. 2.Listen and match the subjects with the descriptions Step 8 Role-play the conversation 1.

Read the conversation quickly and fill in the blanks 2.

Read the conversation together. Try to remember the yellow parts Then they will disappear. 3.

More information will be missing. Read it again. 4.

Try to make your own conversation. And if you can’t ,you can just be Bob and Frank. 5.
