一、教学目标

1、知识目标：在语境中练习有关现在进行时的句子，通过听声音，看图片，做游戏和唱英文歌进行操练，能听懂、会说、认读

cards /play with the baby/drawing/eating/reading/singing/swimming.熟练掌握动词现在分词的变化规则。

在对话中学习使用What are they doing?they are doing sth. What is she/he doing?She/He is doing sth.并能运用此句型进行简单的交流。

2、情感目标：让学生体验学习，参与合作竞争的乐趣。

3、创新目标：在认知和技能掌握的基础上，发挥学生的想象力，通过动作表现正在做的事情。

二、教学重难点：

教学重点：1、理解课文并能够熟练使用下面的句型

What are they doing? –They’re __ing …

2、理解课文并能够熟练使用现在进行时。

教学难点:现在进行时态的基本句子结构。

三、教具学具准备:

课文课件,多媒体课件，转盘，照片，单词卡片等

四、教学过程

1、Greetings and review

T：Hello，boys and girls. Ss: Hello,teacher. T:I am galde to meet you.How are you today? Ss: I am fine, thank you, and you?

T: I am fine too.Let us listen to some sounds carefully, and guess what are they doing now.

让学生仔细聆听日常生活中常见声音，用现在分词表达出来。

（设计意图：让学生听声音静下心来进入英语学习课堂，同时复习一下前面学过的现在进行时态）

2、学习讲解现在分词的变化规则。

T: Look at these words. How to add “ing” after these words? There are three rules. What are they? Can you find out? Ask the students to find out the rules. A. Add

ing after the verb, such as “cry+ ing = crying”. B. Delete the silent “e”, then add “ing”: having, dancing... C. Double the last letter: swimming, running... T:I say cry you say crying,follow me.understand? Ss:Yes. （设计意图：用手势记忆现在分词变化规则，更形象更容易让小学生记忆，达到玩中学的目的。）

3、Free talk 现在分词的写法讲解完毕以后出示教师及其女儿照片

T:Here is a picture.who is she? Ss:She is Miss Guo. T:Yes,this is me.the baby is my daughter.I love her very much.We are taking pictures.Can you show your picture for us?Come to the front,please. 让3—4个学生介绍自己的照片，教师会问Where are you?What are you doing?让学生Free talk.(给展示的同学以鼓励：抱一抱，击掌）

T:I have another picture of my daughter.What is she doing? Ss:She is eating. T:Where is she?Guess.

She is in my living room. (为下文引出Where are they?做铺垫。) 4、新课讲授。

①Where are they?They are on the train.讲授短语on the train.教师板书：简笔画火车。学生书写短语。

分别出示三幅图讲授read the newspaper/play

cards /play with the baby 重点教授单词newspaper，注重重度部分。采用高低音读法，师生合作记忆单词。在讲授短语的时候教师出示单词卡片，touch it and read it quickly出示短语的同时让学生在练习本上写下这些短语，最后引出本节课句子What are they doing?they are doing sth.在动词后面加上ing。

②listen,read and answer. 听课本听力然后让学生带着屏幕上三个问题看课本自读课文，找出问题答案。

What is the woman doing? What are the people doing in the second picture? What is Danny doing ? T:You and your partner ,one ask and one answer. （设计意图：回归课本，讲解完新的短语后让学生自读课文。提高学生的阅读能力）

5、.巩固练习（Act and guess、幸运大转盘）

Let’s some students to be actors. 创设情境，让学生前面表演，教师准备好教具：耳机；纸牌；报纸；玩具球等。

幸运转盘环节让学生分组活动，教师转动转盘让各个小组抢答造句，教师给其计数，最后看哪个组说出的句子最多。

（设计意图：利用孩子们耳熟能详的游戏让孩子们参与到英语的教学情境中来，玩中学，达到巩固所学知识的目的。）

6、Sing a song to end the class: What are you doing?

让学生边唱边动作调动学生的积极性。歌曲简单上口，都是本课所学的重点句子，让孩子们在旋律中记忆本课重点。

7、Homework:

用英语写一篇小文章，描述自己家人正在进行的动作。
