Unit four Where is my car? C部分Story Time

【教材分析】

第四单元以“Where is my car?”这一话题为纲,以“Where is …? Is it …?”为功能句展开教学活动。学习了介词“in, on, under”的用法。本课时为C部分的Story Time,主要用来巩固和拓展新知识,让学生在轻松愉悦的情境中运用所学知识。将本节课定位为故事阅读课。

【学情分析】

三年级学生刚刚开始学习英语,没有太多的语言积累。本节课的话题是学生比较熟悉和感兴趣的内容,教师可以利用学生善于模仿、热爱表演的天性,运用多种游戏,寓教于乐,同时在教学中注意渗透阅读的策略和方法,培养他们热爱生活、乐与合作的精神。

【教学目标】

(一)知识目标

(1)能够听说认读单词:in, on, under, behind。能理解单词hide and seek的含义。

(2)能听懂会说句型:Let’s play hide and seek.

(二)能力目标

(1)能在图片和情景的帮助下理解故事,并能用正确的语音语调朗读故事。

(2)根据故事的情景进行角色表演。

(3)能在语境中初步运用主句型来交流信息。

(三)情感目标,学习策略

(1)培养学生热爱生活,快乐生活,善于合作的意识。

(2)能够建立单词音,形,义之间的联系,整体学习单词。

【教学重点】

(1)理解故事意义,并能用正确的语音语调朗读故事。

(2)能灵活运用主句型来交流信息。

【教学难点】

(1)培养学生利用音标直拼的能力。

(2)在语篇中运用单词并表演故事。

【教具准备】

1、相应的单词卡片和头饰。

2、课件。

【评价】

采取多种形式的过程性评价。

【教学过程】

一、Greeting and warming-up

1.Greeting

T: I’d like to divide you into two groups. Let’s see who can go up to the top.

T: Today, let’s see a film, ok? First, I have three questions.(出示问题)Please tell me the answers after we see it. (播放影片片段)

T: Do you know why are Chihiro ’s parents become pigs?

T: Yes. They are greedy. They eat too much food and then become pigs. Can you help them become people? You have to pass four doors. Are you ready?

2.Warming-up

(1) Sing a song: Where is the toy car?

(2) Look and say: Where is the toy car?

1.Read the story quickly, then find out who hides and who seeks. 快速浏览课文,找出谁在藏谁在找。

(二)While-reading

(出示第一幅图)T: Who are they? What do they do?

Ss: Zoom 和Zip在捉迷藏。

T: Yes. They’re playing hide and seek. Do you like playing hide and seek?

(请几位学生玩一玩捉迷藏。)

T: Look, Zoom is ready. Ready, ready, are you ready?

T: If you are in the room, where can you hide?

Ss: I can hide under the bed/ under the table/ in the box…

T: I can hide behind the door. Do you know the word “behind”?(解释behind) T: Let’s see where does Zip hide. Is it under the table?

Ss: No, it isn’t.

T: Is it under the bed?

Ss: No, it isn’t.

T: Is it in the box?

Ss: No, it isn’t.

T: Zip, where are you? I can’t find you. (让学生模仿语音语调,感受主人公情绪的变化。)Can you find Zoom?

Ss: Yes. It’s behind Zoom.

T: Zip is behind Zoom. It is so clever. So it says, “Haha! I ‘m behind you!”(让学生模仿语音语调。)

(三)P ost-reading

(1)Watch the video and imitate. Please pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.

a.Watch the video.

b.Read it by yourself.

(2)Let’s play. Read the story in pairs. Then we’ll act it out.

(3)Retell the story. According to the key word, can you retell the story?
