Put your hand and your finger like this. Listen to me carefully and pay attention to the words like: in, on, under, behind. If you hear these words , you must catch your partner’s finger as quickly as possible and your finger must escape at the same time. OK? Let’s go! 2. Teacher reads the passage and students play the game. Hello! I’m Zip. Welcome to my home. This is my bedroom. There is a desk, a chair, a bed and a bookshelf in my room. I have many toys. My car is on the desk. My ball is under the chair. I have a puppet, too. But where is my puppet? Is it in the toy box? No, it isn’t. Oh, it’s behind the door. ●Free talk T: Do you like story? S: Yes. T:OK! Today we will enjoy the story time together. Step2. Presentation 1.Watch a video about the story for the first time. 2.Watch the video again and answer four questions. Is Zip under the table? Is Zip under the bed?

(1) Show students the four questions and read the questions together (2) Play the video (3) Invite four students to answer the questions (4) Teach the word “behind” and write on the blackboard 3.Play the video again and students can read aloud the story. 4. Choose the best title for the story A. Zoom and Zip B. Hide and seek C. Zip’ room 5. Show students the picture of the story and read the story after the teacher. Teach the new words.(find, can’t find, behind) 6. Invite a pair of students to act out the story in the textbook. 7. Show students the picture of Zip’s bedroom and ask students “If you were Zip, where would you hide?”

Invite students to hide and put the headwear of Zip on their head. Teacher ask “Where is Zip?” Other students ask “Behind the door? ” And Zip answers “Yes, I’m behind the door.) Teacher stick the expressions on the blackboard and teach the expressions. Students repeat it for three times. (in the bag, in the toy box, under the bed, under the desk, under the chair, under the pillow, behind the door, behind the curtain) Step3. Practice 1. How to be a good actor/actress?
