教材分析:本课教学内容取自《牛津英语》(上海版)五年级第二学期三模块第二单元,单元主题是

‘Weather’。以单元整体教学为基础,为了能使教学内容更加丰富和生动,更能激发学生的学习兴趣,我们对教学内容进行了重组、整合和补充,以课本中的人物为主体,再构了单元文本。在教学本单元的重点句型What weather do you like ? I like the ____ because I like ____weather .我首先通过向学生自我介绍时练习以前学过的句型

I like_____ because _______,巧妙地将整个单元的语言重点和难点融入情景中,完成了新旧知识的复现、结合与巩固。

本单元教学共分为三课时:第一课时,Know the weather,通过文本的学习和学生对以前所学过的关于天气的词汇进行巩固和操练新的句型;为第二课时的Talk about the weather学习奠定基础;本课的第二课时,Know the temperature 引领学生在讨论中学会了对于天气温度(degree)的表达和运用到新句型What was the temperature yesterday ? It was ...degrees .

在讨论学习中,帮助学生温度的基本表达方式;第三课

Talk about the weather 则是希望学生在自己的动手收集和讨论的过程中,来进一步让学生了解大自然丰富的表情。
