《Unit 2 There are forty students in our class. Lesson9 》教学设计
蒙古族学校曲颖教材分析:
本课是精通人教版小学英语四年级下册Unit 2 Lesson 9 . 通过外校老师Miss White 到Li Yan 学校来交流的真实情景。运用PPT情景展示模仿以及角色表演方法激励学生感知、模仿、学习和体验,引导学生能够在生活情景中初步运用这些功能语句进行交际。
学情分析:
授课对象为小学四年级学生,他们通过近二年的英语学习,已经具备一定的口语表达能力。教师需要不断创造机会,提高学生在阅读中输入和内化语言,重组并输出语言能力,同时让学生体验学习语言和交流表达的快乐。
学习目标:
1.知识与技能目标:学习掌握单词fifty,sixty, teacher,school.能够理解说出下面句子,灵活运用句型:How many teachers are there in your school? There are …teachers in our school .理解熟读本课对话内容。
2.过程与方法:教师引导学生在本课创设的情景中进行真实交际的初步体验。
3.情感态度价值观:树立学生热爱学校,热爱学习生活的美好情感。
教学重难点
教学难点:灵活运用所学句型。
教学重点:fifty sixty teacher school 的单词、句型读音及书写形式。
教具:课件、卡片。
教法:两学一评、情境教学。
教学过程:
一、StepⅠ:Warm-up(热身互动,渐入情境)
1.Greetings: Good morning, boys and girls. I am Mrs Qu, your English teacher. I’m happy to see you . 2.Let’s chant. 师生一起说唱上节课学过的韵文,复习旧知,活跃课堂气氛。
二、讲授 StepⅡ:Presentation(探究新知,适时内化)
1. Boys and girls , please look at the pictures in the book .教师引导学生看主题图,启发学生思考:Who are they? Where are they ?What are they talking about ?在学生观察主题途中,会遇到新的人物Miss White.;老师介绍She comes from a new school. 2.播放录音,要求学生带着问题What does Miss White
want to know?听,学习对话,同时学习单词。
Learn the words : fifty sixty teacher student
⑴ Do some maths problems:
10+10=?
20+10=?
20+20=?
40+10=?
40+20=?
⑵ Write down the words on the blackboard.
⑶ Students read and spell the words in different ways just like: ABC / A-B-C / A-AB-ABC ….)
(4)Cut numbers.
(5) Compare the words: “ --- teen” and “--- ty.
(设计意图:简单的算术式子,帮助学生由旧知引出新知,过渡自然;然后把新授单词用不同方式拼读出来,再用多个小游戏巩固记忆,韵律十足,兴趣十足,学生掌握很快;最后让学生对比词缀不同词义不同,进行对知识的归类拓展。)
2. Learn the sentences: How many teachers are there in your school? There are fifty.
(1) T: Answer my question: How many teachers are
there in your school?
Ss: There are fifty.
(2) Write down the sentences on the blackboard.
(3) Practise the sentences in pairs.
(设计意图:说出重要信息:How many teachers are there in your school? There are fifty. 锻炼了学生们听的能力,然后重点操练这组句型,突出本课重点知识。)
3.Learn the sentences: How about your school? There are sixty teachers in our school.
⑴ T: ( Point to a young lady on the screen) That’s Miss White. She comes from a new school.Well, how many teachers are there in Miss White’s school? Let’s ask together.
T&Ss: Hello, Miss White. Welcome to our school. There are fifty teachers in our school.How about your school?
Miss White: There are sixty teachers in our school.⑵ Practise the sentences in pairs.
(设计意图:和屏幕上的虚拟人物对话,孩子们乐趣无穷,通过对话掌握重难点句型,突破巧妙;并在最后对学生进行德育教育,树立他们热爱学校、热爱学习生活的美好情感。)
三、活动 StepⅢ:Practice&Additional activities
(趣味操练,拓展延伸)
Learn the whole text of Lesson 9.
⑴ T : Boys and girls, Miss White comes to No. 9 Primary School. Let’s listen to what they’re talking about.
⑵Watch the text , read after it sentence by sentence and try to recite Lesson 9.
⑶ Act it out in groups.
(4)Do a survey in groups .
(5) Group work: Make up new dialogues with some new information.
(设计意图:创编新对话,以小组为单位进行展示,引导学生积极参与课堂活动,帮助他们在理解、感知、体验的基础上逐步将所学新数词代入对话中进行学习、操练,最终能够在生活情景中初步运用这些功能语句进行简单交际。)
四、当堂检测: StepⅣ
选择合适的选项补全句子。

Must do: Finish the activity books.
Choose to do: Make a new dialogue with your partners according to Lesson 9.
(设计意图:作业是课堂教学活动的课外延伸,设置分层作业的目的是使不同层次的学生都有所提高和发展。)
