一、教材分析

本课是外研社《新标准英语》一起五年级下册M7U1 My father goes to work at 8 o’clock every morning. 本单元以Daming 和Fangfang 的对话为载体，学习说明活动、行为或事件发生的时间。继续学习巩固运用一般现在时的用法，以及时间的表达。以前学生在二年级时接触过时间的表达。

因此本课对于学生并不难，他们也很喜欢这个话题。但是本课的学习内容将职业和工作时间融合，在以前所学知识的基础上有所提高。另外，更加注重培养学生的综合语言实践能力。

二、学情分析

对于五年级的学生来说之前对于这一知识点有过接触，已能基本掌握时间的介绍方法。因此本课起着巩固练习和承上启下的作用。重点就是激发五年级学生的学习兴趣，让他们乐于运用旧知积极获取新知，拓展视野，提升能力。同时在学习过程中希望学生能乐于感知和积极尝试使用英语，共同完成学习任务。本课采用了活动、游戏等激发学生的兴趣，调动了学生的积极性，使学生在真实的情境中学习，感受所学的知识，并真正地把它运用到实际中。

三、教学目标

1. 语言技能

能理解本课生词，能熟练并能在真实情景中运用本课的重点句型My father goes to work at 8 o’clock every morning. He is a policeman.

2. 语言知识

能熟练掌握生词evening, actor, busy. 全体学生能够听懂，会说My father goes to work at 8 o’clock every morning. He is a policeman. 3. 情感态度

乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语,敢于开口，表达中不怕出错误。

4. 学习策略

尝试阅读英语故事及其他英语课外读物

5. 文化意识

在学习和日常交际中，能初步注意到中外文化异同。

六、教学过程

（一）复习导入Warm-up and lead in（

5 分钟）

1. Listen and say the chant. 教师和学生一起听说前一课的chant。

2. Lead in. “Look and say.”

教师出示PPT ，引领学生看图介绍。

学生看图介绍图片上的人物和谈论时间。

【设计意图】以旧带新，复习前一课知识，同时运用前一课的内容复习，自然地引出本课要学习的描述职业和时间。

（二）任务呈现Task presentation（

提问：What time do Daming and his cousin go to school?Listen and chant.
