Unit2 My family 教学设计

教学内容分析

本课时为PEP小学英语三年级下册Unit2 My family C Story time 部分, 本单元学习主题是家庭成员,本课时通过Zip到Zoom家做客的故事,重现了本单元部分重点词汇和核心句型,并加入了两个生单词actress和beautiful,目的是通过一个有趣味又有意义的故事,增加学生语言的输入,并且使学生逐步适应文本阅读。

学情分析

三年级学生通过一学期的英语学习,已有一些简单的知识积累,并能用英语做出简单的语言交流。他们活泼好动,好奇心强,表演欲望也比较强,因此在教学中可以通过创设情景,猜一猜等各种方式提高学生兴趣,引导学生获得新知,让学生在快乐中学习。

教学目标

1. 知识目标:复习巩固Who’s that…? She /He is my…等句型;能听懂,会说单词actress,beautiful;能听懂、会说句子She is beautiful. My mum is an actress。

2. 能力目标:能理解故事大意,运用所学知识表演故事并能在相似的生活情景中运用。

3. 情感目标:教育学生要理解父母,感恩父母。

教学重难点

1.重点:理解故事大意,听说懂、会说单词actress,beautiful 及句子She is beautiful. My mum is an actress.

2.难点:运用所学知识表演故事,并能在相似的生活情景中运用。教学方法

教学过程

Step1 Warm-up and revision

1.Sing a song Family Members.

2.Ask students about their family members on their photo album.

T: Who’s that woman?

S1: She is my mother.

S1: Who’s that girl?

S2: She is my sister.

...

(设计意图:创造轻松的学习氛围,复习已学单词和句型。) Step 2 Pre-reading

1.Ask students to guess Huang Duoduo’s mother and teacher the word “actress”and present the sentence “My mum is an actress”.

2.Show a picture of the real actress and ask students to say more actress names。

T:Look at the picture, let’s say “who is an actress?” for example, Zhao Liying is an actress. Who knows more actress?

S1: Yang Mi is an actress.

…

3.Show the pictures of the real actresses and teach the word “beautiful”

and “How beautiful!”

4. Game .Let’s check..

There are some woman or girl pictures behind the cards. Teacher or some student say: She is beautiful. Then they click the card and check the answer together.

Step3 While-reading

1.Play the video of the story and ask students “Is Zoom beautiful?”

2.Play the video again and let students think two questions:

Who’s that woman?

Is she a teacher?

(设计意图:帮助学生理解文章主要人物及情节。)

3.Ask students to follow the video.

4.Let students work in groups to act the story out.

(设计意图:通过模仿和表演故事,帮助学生进一步理解故事大意,掌握故事中的语言知识,体会故事情感。)

5.Let students think:

How does zoom’s mother feel? (angry or funny)

What does zoom’s father will say?

6. Ask student to choose a best name for the story.

(设计意图:拓展学生思维,帮助学生进一步掌握故事大意。) Step4: Post-reading

1. Give a situation and ask student work in groups to create their own plays according to the sentences on the ppt.

2. Ask students to act their plays.

(设计意图:通过创设生活情景,帮助学生进一步巩固所学语言知识,并学会将其运用到实际生活中)。

3. Show some family pictures about love.

4. Tell student about Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

(设计意图:教育学生理解父母,记住父母的节日,学会感恩父母。) Step5 Homework

1. Tell your friends about the story after class.

2. Think about what will happen next and act it with your classmates. (设计意图:帮助学生加强对故事的认读和理解,激发学生创造性和开放性思维。)
