教学过程：

Pre-task preparations 把闹钟装在盒子里，让学生听声音猜谜语，引出单词clock。

T:Hello,boys and girls . Nice to meet you.

S:Hello,teacher.Nice to meet you, too.

T:I bring a present for you. Listen. What is it ?(学生会举起手中的学具时钟。师出示一个装有时钟的包装盒，拿出自己的时钟。)

T：It’s a clock. Do you like it?

S：Yes.

While-task procedures

1.

教师拿出一个学具钟，先让学生一起读钟面上的数字。然后转动指针到不同的位置，说出相应的时间。

T:( move the clock hands to show one o’clock) It’s one o’clock. Ss: It’s one o’clock.

学习Look and learn中的词组

T: what time is it ?（教师演示出一个时间，六点半）

Ss:It’s half past six.

T:What are you usually doing at this time?

由此引出短语get up,板书并领读，以同样方法依次教授brush my teeth, wash my face, have breakfast, have lunch, have dinner,同时操练句型What time do you…? I…at…(我在几点做某事)

T：What time do you get up?

巩固Look and learn中的词组. 形式各种读短语：brush my teeth, wash my face, have breakfast, have lunch, have dinner。接龙读，男女分开读，表演动作猜词语等。

学习时间表达中介词to和past的用法

在学具时钟上把分针拨到3，教学生认识一刻钟：a quarter并板书

T: It’s a quarter. Quarter q-u-a-r-t-e-r. Ss: Quarter q-u-a-r-t-e-r.

然后再把时针拨到1过一点，问学生几点了，然后引导学生回答：It’s a quarter past one. T: What time is it?

Ss: It’s a quarter past one./two/seven…

用同样的方法教时间的表达：to的用法。

在学具时钟上把分针拨到9，把时针拨到趋近某个数，例如5. T：What time is it?

Ss: It’s a quarter to five. 多练习这类时间的表达。老师拨一个时间，让学生表达。

T：What time is it?

Ss: It’s a quarter to eight. .. T: What time do you go to school? S1: I go to school at a quarter to seven. …

Post-task activities 1.

通过《My

day》第一课时的学习，学生学会了以下几方面内容：

学会了动词词组：get up

brush my teeth

wash my face

have breakfast

have lunch

have dinner

go to school

二、

用“What time is it?”对时间进行提问，并用“It’s…”进行回答，即学会了对时间的表达。

三、

通过“Answer and answer”的问答练习，帮助学生用What time do you…? I…at…(time). 描述一天中的不同时间段所做的事情。

学生对七个动词词组听、说、读已经较熟练地掌握，但会写还远远没达到，需要下节课继续巩固。用What time is it?It’s…

对时间的表达已进行充分的操练，核心句型Kitty goes to school

At a quarter to eight.学生虽已操练过，但仍然是难点，尤其是a

quarter to…和a quarter past的区别，学生还是容易搞混淆，需要对这个知识点进行专门的训练。难点单词quarter ,breakfast还需多次复习巩固。
