Since students have read through the story on the whole ,and they have gained the main idea of the passage, there is no need for both the teacher and students to spend much time reading it.Generally speaking, the students nowadays are rarely given the chance to handle this kind of challenge, but it is necessary for them to experience in studying the text, especially the useful phrases and expressions in it. Considering this, we won’t focus on helping understand the passage, but on introducing reading skills and language study instead. Teaching aims:

1. The students will know all the new words and phrases from the text.

3. The students will learn how to read and write with the help of connective words.
