Lesson 10 Rain and Sun 教学目标

1、复习月份和基数词,让学生可以熟练的应用,并为新课的学习打下基础。

2、学生能够听说读写sun、 cloud、 rain、 wind、 snow这些词汇。

3. 学生能够熟练运用第一部分的句型描述太阳,云,雨等事物. 4、学会歌曲《The Month song》

2学情分析

四年级学生活泼好动,爱新鲜,注意力尚不集中。因此,教学形式必须多样化,让学生在愉悦的环境中学习英语,效果会更好。

3重点难点

教学重点: 重点. 学生能够听说读写sun、 cloud、 rain、 wind、 snow这些词汇。

难点. 学唱歌曲《Months song》

教学难点: 运用本课所学的语言知识进行实际交流。

4教学过程

4.1 第一学时

4.1.1教学活动

活动1(一)warming－up 1、Greeting as usual: T: Hello, everyone! Ss: Hi, teacher! T: How are you today? Ss: Fine, thanks. And you? T: Very well. Thank you. 2、Let’s sing a song: (Book 2 Lesson 2) There was a farmer who had a dog, And Bingo was his name-o. B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O;

And Bingo was his name 活动2 (二) Revision 1. Play a game: Bingo. 教师要求学生拿出准备好的纸, 叠出九格,教师随机听写九个月份, 学生写好后开始进行Bingo游戏。

设计意图:此环节既可以调动学生们的积极性, 又可以复习月份的单词。

2. Numbers: 基数词

One two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve 活动3（三）New concepts Part 1 What is it? I.Words study 1、教师简笔画太阳, 结合一个小谜语big ball, red ball, hot ball, 让学生猜, 并问学生What is it? (教师运用身体语言, 简笔画板书, 实物引导学生猜出谜底是太阳。) 板书sun , 教读几遍, 并引出句型: This is the sun. 2、Teacher asks:How do you feel when you are under the sun? I feel very hot! 教师结合身势语表达hot, 并板书出来。

3、教师依次画出cloud, 教读cloud这个单词,接着在云的简笔画下画出rain, 让学生操练学说。

结合图示教师提问Where is the cloud? Where is the rain? 由此引出 (The cloud is above. The rain is below. ) 4、画出wind 的简笔画, 教读 wind, 并引出blowing…off, 反复练习。Teacher: Oh, I see (This is wind. The wind is blowing the leaves off the tree.) 5、教师画出雪花. 提问 :What is it ? (This is snow.)What color is it? (Snow is white.) Touch the snow. How do you feel? (Cold) 设计意图: 教师通过简笔画的形式直观的展示本课应掌握的单词, 学生更容易接受。

II. Words consolidation 1. 教师示范读单词, 并利用闪卡巩固新学单词及词组. 2. 游戏环节: 教师带领学生进行小游戏---I see something….

设计意图: 本环节中的两个步骤都是围绕单词巩固进行的。利用闪卡和猜谜的形式可以有效地调动学生的积极性, 并起到巩固强化的作用。

III. Sentences study 1. Teacher plays part 1 on the radio, and then asks students read after the tape. 2. After listening and reading, fill in the blanks. This is the sun. The sun is _hot_. This is a cloud. The cloud is above. This is rain. The rain is below. This is wind. The wind is blowing. This is snow. The snow is white and cold. 设计意图: 填空的形式可以降低文本的难度, 又可以把新单词融入到应该掌握的句型当中, 同时锻炼了学生的听、

读和写得能力。

3. Group work. Give students some pictures to make sentences, and then try to describe the pictures. 设计意图: 此环节为情景拓展练习, 在学生掌握本课内容的基础上进行小组合作, 通过不同的情境描述各种自然现象, 达到语言的输出的目的。

Part 2 Let’s sing a song! 1. Listen to the tape and sing the song! 2. Ask Ss to underline all the months words. 3. Ask Ss to circle all the numbers. 4. Teacher explains the difficult points of the song. 5. Teacher plays the same song which the tone is different. 设计意图: 本首歌是新课第二部分的内容, 要求学生会唱。

在复习已学知识之后播放学习歌曲可以使学生们在放松的同时, 感受歌曲的旋律, 为学习新歌做准备。
