Teaching plan Part 1 Teaching Material

The content of my lesson is New Senior English For China Book ten Unit 5 Enjoying novels. This lesson is about the third part-Language points learning, the title is “THE RISE OF ENGLISH AUTHORESSES IN THE 19TH

CENTURY”. This part helps the students to master some key words and phrases. (According to the new standard curriculum and the syllabus《新课程标准和教学大纲》，) My teaching aims are as follows: 1. Knowledge objects: Get students to learn the usage of the important words and expressions. 2.

Ability objects: Develop students’ four basic abilities (listening, speaking, reading and writing.). 3.

Emotion or moral objects Develop students’ sense of cooperative learning. Part 2 The important and difficult points Help the students learn the usage of the important words and expressions Get students to do exercises and fully understand them.

Part 3Teaching Methods: In this lesson, I’ll mainly use Fast-reading method,“Communicative”Approach(交际教学法), “Task-based”language teaching（任务教学法），

As for learning, students will learn through discussion and cooperation Part 4Teaching Procedure Here comes the most important part—the teaching procedure. It includes six steps: Step1.Important Words Step2.Core Phrases Step3.Necessary Sentence Pattern Step4.Close Reading

Step5.Summary Step6.Homework Step1. Important Words In this part,we will do a game “words spelling ”to review the words. And then by having a dictation to check whether they have mastered all the words . Step2.Core Phrases In this part ,we all do some matches to review some usages phrases ,and then fill in the blanks with the phrases above. Step3.Necessary Sentence Pattern Step3.Necessary Sentence Pattern In this part,we will review some sentence pattern together and then immitate the three sentences . Step4.Close Reading Fill in the blanks according to the reading passages. Step5.Summary Let us review what we have learned in this class. Step6.Homework
