在进行本单元学习之前，教师应该带领学生复习现在进行时。

教学目标： 知识目标：

1. Enable the students to read, say and write these words: eating, drinking, sleeping, singing, dancing. 2. Grasp the sentence pattern: “What are they doing? They are doing sth.…”. 能力目标：

1. Enable the students to mater the key dialogue and they can perform the dialogue skillfully. 2．Enable the students to keep their interested in English through listening, saying, reading, and acting the dialogue.

Let the students learn to enjoy life. 教学重点：

复习检测（reading a newspaper, answering the phone, watering the flowers, climbing the hill, taking pictures.）

新课传授

1.巧妙导入：The teacher show a picture about planting trees. 2.引出主题：After watching the video, let the students answer: “What are they doing?”. 3.解决难点：

1) Let the students know the sentence “They are doing sth.”

2) Through the picture, the students learn to know the words: eating, drinking, sleeping, singing, dancing.

3) Let the students answer the question: What are they doing? 4) Play a game to consolidate the words and sentences. 4.听音感知： Listen to the dialogue and choose the words which you hear. 5.默读初始： Read silently and fill in the blanks in groups. 6.朗读探知：Read loudly and answer the questions. 7.听音跟读：Listen and try to read after the tape. 8.角色朗读：小组读、男女读、、领读、师生对读、分角色读。

9.留白处理：留白读，去掉文中关键词让学生填空读。

10.短文示范：

(1). Teacher shows her own writing “Planting trees”. (2). Ask one of the students to read out the passage. 11.学生仿写：Students can imitate it and try to write it down. 12.课堂小结：

eating, drinking, sleeping, singing, dancing. 13.布置作业： Ask the students to recite the lesson after class, or they can read the text to their parents.
