Unit 8 How much is it ?
教学目标:
1.学生能用所学单词谈论商品及价格( shopping centre ,skirt, shorts ,welcome )。
2.能够听懂并会对商品及价格进行问答对话:
——May I help you ?
——How much is it?
——It’s 80 yuan .
——That’s too much, but I like it .
——I’ll take it.
3. 能以得体的方式与人交际,培养合作交流精神,告诉学生父母挣钱来之不易。

教具准备:实物、PPT
教学过程:
热身、复习(Warming up)
1.Greeting.
2.Count numbers in English.
呈现新课(Presentation)
1.Lead-in:
T:We will learn Unit 8 How much is it ? Read after me——How much is it ?
Ss: How much is it ?
出示人民币感知今天的新句型“How much is it ?It’s...yuan.”
2.Play a guessing game: guess the prices of goods .
3.出示购物中心的图片,让学生进入到购物的情境中去。
T:Now, boys and girls, please look at the blackboard. Where is this?
Ss:购物中心。
T:Yes,very good .This is a shopping centre , read
af ter me, shopping centre.
Ss: shopping centre.
T:This is a clothes shop .Wang Li ’mum wants to buy
clothes for her .What’s in it?(复习衣服的单词,引出新单词。) Ss: dress, shirt, sweater, trousers.
T:Look at the picture .What’s this ?
Ss: 短裙。(skirt)
T:And what’s this ?
Ss:短裤。(shorts, 告诉学生shorts常以复数形式出现。)教师板书-领读-学生拼读-游戏读。
4.创设情境引入句型、呈现课文对话
出示课文对话内容图片,学生认真听录音,并学习有关购物的句型——May I help you?
——How much is the...? It's ...yuan .
——That's too much, but I like it.
——I'll take it.
趣味操练(Practice)
1. Read the text after the teacher.
2. Read the text in roles.
3. Make a dialogue according to the pictures and the prices.
拓展(Consolidation)
1.如果你是一名商店店主,请你用一句话表明你的身份。
(May I help you ?)
2.如果你想要知道一件毛衣多少钱,你该怎么问店主?
( How much is this sweater?)
3.如果你喜欢这件毛衣,但它太贵,你该怎么说?
(That’s too much.)
4.如果你要买这件毛衣,你该怎么说呢?
