Aims of ability:To enable the Ss to use the sentence “I/You/She/He can…well.”to admire others. Aims of emotion:to know the importance of admiration. Key points and difficult points: Key points:You can play football well. Difficult points:Admire others. Teaching aids:PPT,computer,basketball,form Teaching procedure: Step1:Warm up 1、Read the phrases toghter and one by one. 2、Do the actions. Step2:Presentation T:Do you like sports?

Show the pictures of Chinese famous sports and sports man.Then show the most popular sport in England——football. 1、PPT:learn something about football. 2、David Beckham
3、He play football not very well. Lingling wants to be in the football team.Now open your books ,turn to Page 32.Listen to the tape and answer the questions:Can Lingling play football? Learn:football team、pass the ball well、jump high、catch the ball well、a fantastic goalkeeper. Depart the dialogue into three parts: (一)
1、Listen to Part 1,answer the questions:Can Lingling run fast?Can she pass the ball well?
2、Write on the blackboard:Can you…?Yes ,I can./No,I can’t. 3、Ss answer the questions and read the sentences toghter on the blackboard. 4、Listen to the tape the second time,read after the tape.Then read Part1 toghter. (二)
1、Listen to Part2 ,answer the questions:Can Lingling jump high?Can Lingling catch the ball well?
2、Ask some Ss to answer the questions. 3、Do the action:ask and answer ,then pass and catch the ball.To use the sentence:She/He can catch the ball well. 4、PPT :But you can jump really high.And you can catch the ball well.
5、Listen again and repeat. 6、Read toghter. (三)
