a bit/slightly(一点); rather/much/far/a lot/a great deal(比…得多)；

any 一点/些（用于否定或疑问句）even/still 更加……(加强语气) Yi Jianlian is very tall, but Yao Ming is even/still taller. 1、修饰比较结构还可用名词短语或分数：

The student is a head taller than Spring, but Spring is nearly 10kg heavier than he. The earth is one elevenths(1/11) as big as Jupiter.

用比较级表示最高级意义的几个结构

(1)比较级+than any other +单数名词

=“比较级+than +anyone else / any of the other+复数名词/all the other+复数名词”，

Shanghai is larger than any other city in China.

Shanghai is larger than any of the other cities in China. (2) 比较级+than any + 单数名词Tom is taller than any girl in his class.

(3) not/never … 比较级The sports meeting can’t be better. I have never seen a better one.

3、否定形式的比较级的特殊意义

（1）no + 比较级

+ than

意思是“A和B一样不……”。

Tom is no more careful than (as careless as) Mike.

（2）not +比较级+than

表示“A不比B更……”。如：

Tom is not more careful than (at most as careful as) Mike.
