本堂课设计目标符合小学英语新课程标准，围绕学生感兴趣的话题展开讨论，能够激发学生学习的主动性，在教学过程中使得学生对知识的接受和探究相辅相成，提升了学习效果。学生在学习过程中能科学合理地进行分工合作，能倾听他人的意见，能踊跃表达自己的观点。不足之处在于教师的评价方式单一，缺少同学之间的相互评价和学生的自我评价，在今后的教学中应注意改善教学设计，适当增加评价方式，注重知识的反馈。
