教学设计

Meet my family Teaching content: thirty-fourth pages of English books

Teaching goals: 1.Through "look and tick" task type activities, review words and sentences related to family members. 2. Be able to freely introduce your family members and their characteristics. Key teaching points: Review vocabulary and related sentence patterns related to family members . Difficult points: Able to talk freely to pictures or photos of family members. Teaching preparation 1.The teacher prepares the personage's head ornaments. 2.The teacher prepares courseware. 3.The students prepare the picture of family. Teaching process: Divide the class into four groups, naming them and holding competitions---Planting trees. (The names are grandfather ,grandmother, father and mother)

Step One Warm-up 1.

Sing the song I love my family. 设计思路：通过唱歌，复习旧知，活跃课堂气氛，让学生更快进入英语学习氛围。

Game--- Catch the planes 设计思路：通过快速闪现的飞机呈现家庭成员词汇，让学生在激烈地氛围中从音、形、义三方面进一步巩固复习家庭成员这一重点词汇，为下面的对话积累好语言素材。

Step Two Presentation 1.Meet my family

A.The teacher acts Sarah. Hello,I'm Sarah!I'm from the USA.Come and meet my family! This is my grandfather. ... (PPT shows the picture of family) 设计思路：教师佩戴Sarah的头饰扮演Sarah介绍自己的家人。在图片的帮助下，既能复习重点句型This is my...也在图片的帮助下认识了Sarah的家人，为新课任务学习Find Sarah’s family打下基础。

Ss--S ) --Who's that woman/man/boy/girl? --She's/He's my... 设计思路：在学生扮演Sarah介绍自己的家人后，老师首先提问Who's that woman/man/boy/girl?板演学生后根据情况给出答案，然后让其他学生像老师一样向同学发出提问。这样很好地复习巩固了重点对话。

2.Find Sarah's family

Now,Sarah has a singing competition, and her family cheer for her. Is her family all coming? Let's look for it together.

(PPT presents the picture on page 34.)

Ask and answer. --Who's that woman? --She's Sarah's... ( Write Sarah’s on the board and do more exercises)

设计思路：出示34页后，课件单指Sarah的妈妈，由于前面的铺垫孩子们会快速地给出对话Who’s that woman? She’s my mother.这时教师强调，Ｎo, you are not Sarah. She’s Sarah’s mother.这样一转折，孩子们会更容易接受和理解Sarah’s和my的区别，并会准确运用。

Group work---- Make the similar dialogues with the picture. 设计思路：给学生充足的时间感知应用所学句型练习对话。

Act it out with the help of PPT.
