一、教学目标和要求：

1.掌握句型：Where can you find out about…? / Where can you find information?/We can find information from …and …. 2.学会询问和寻找相关信息。

二、教学重、难点：

1.用“Where can you find out about…?”Where can you find information?询问相关信息。

2.用“You can find out about…in/on…?”回答相关信息。

三、教学过程：

Step1 Warming up 1.幻灯片出示超市的画面。

师：请同学们仔细观察图片中物品的位置，用“Where are the …,please?”和“They are on Shelf….”

然后分组进行回答。并导入课文题目“we can find information from books and CDs.”

Step2 Listen and say 1.出示插图，用Where can you find the...?I can find the...in the... 进行同桌互问互答练习。

2.观看课本23页第1题动画。

让学生听出“We can find they from e-books. ”

Step3 Discuss 1.课件出示问句：“Where can you find out about sports? ”让学生观察图片并说出答句。

生：讨论并回答

You can find out about sports on a newspaper. You can find out about sports on TV. 师播放幻灯片，生看图读短语。

2. Where can you find out about China? You can find out about China in a book. You can find out about China on a map. 3. Where can you find out about food? You can find out about food in the supermarket. You can find out about food on the table. 4. Where can you find information? We can find information from books and CDs. We can find information from e-books and films. 5. 观看课本24页第5题动画。

让学生听出“we can find information from library. ”

Step4 Practice 课件出示练习题。

Step5 Homework 熟读课文内容，完成练习册。
