《英语》(新标准)(三年级起点)六年级上册第八模块的第一单元Do you often play with dolls? 本单元的主要内容是谈论日常生活习惯。本单元的课文情境是Amy 向Lingling展示自己的照片,第一张照片是Amy抱着玩具娃娃,Lingling问Amy是否经常玩娃娃,Amy说很久以前就不再玩洋娃娃了。第二张照片是Amy在看图画书,Lingling问Amy现在是否还喜欢读书,Amy说她经常读故事。第三张照片是Amy在打扫房间,Lingling问她是否经常打扫房间,Amy说自己不经常打扫。Amy又问Lingling是否经常打扫房间,Lingling回答说是的。Lingling随后问Amy是否经常拍照,Amy回答说自己很喜欢摄影。Amy又问Lingling是否经常拍照,Lingling回答说不是,但Daming很喜欢摄影。他们还谈到在中国的时候Daming给Lingling、Amy和Sam拍了很多照片。本模块的学习重点是复习频度副词,同时进一步巩固行为动词一般现在时的用法。谈论日常生活习惯的语言结构本身有一定难度,老师应注意帮助有困难的学习尽可能巩固、强化所学内容,达成学习目标。
本课为新授课,共1课时完成。
二、学情分析 本单元的主要内容是谈论自己的生活习惯。这个话题比较贴近学生的生活实际,学生会有话可说。通过相互介绍自己的生活习惯,学生们会进一步增加了解,加深友谊。另外,六年级学生已经具备一定的英语语言基础和学习能力,能通过自主探究,小组合作的方式读懂短文内容,理解并掌握目标语句. 因此,本节课采用自主探究,小组合作的形式完成本课的学习任务,教师适时点拨引导。
三、教学目标
1、语言技能
(1)全体学生能听懂:Do you often play with dolls? (2)全体学生能说:Do you often play with dolls? (3)全体学生能朗读课文,阅读相关短文。
(4)全体学生能按要求完成语句书写。
2、语言知识
(1)全体学生能运用“Do you often play wit h dolls?”
谈论日常生活习惯。

(一)、Warm up and lead-in(4分钟)
1、Greeting: 2、Say a chant: M7U2 Activity 5 3、Divide students into two groups. 4、Show a picture(activity 1) and ask a question:
What are Amy and Lingling talking about?
T: Do you want to know more about this photo? Let’s have a look. 5、Listen and think about a question: Who took this photo?
Teach new word: long ago 6、Listen again and repeat, then read it together. 【设计意图】由一个问题引出新单词,并且引起今天的话题,讨论日常生活中的习惯,为下面的活动做好铺垫。
(二)Task Presentation (2分钟)
Today, we will learn how to use “often” to talk about life habits, then we will talk about our habits. 【设计意图】通过任务呈现,使学生明确学习目标以及学习之后要完成的任务。
(三)Text-learning (18分钟)
1、Watch a video and ask a question:
Does Amy often play with dolls? 【设计意图】让学生根据提示进一步理解课文内容。
Teach new words: not really, stop-stopped(对t的读音
进行简单的讲解) 2、Watch the video again and ask some questions: Q1: Does Amy like reading books now? Q2: Does Amy often clean her room? Q3: Who has got a good camera?
Q4: Did Daming show Amy his photos in China? Teach new words: clean, camera, show 3、Listen to the tape and read the text follow the tape. Then give students time to practice reading the text. 4、Find students to act it out. 【设计意图】让学生跟读课文,培养学生的语音语调和语感。

often是表示经常性的动作,意思为“常常、经常”。此词一般用于动词之前,
be 和助动词之后。
