Step One:

1. Greetings: Saying hello to each other, making duty report: Tell the students:”

It’s time for the duty report, who’s on duty today?” Get one student to come out and make a duty report by asking the whole class: “What day is today?” Tell the students：“I like Saturdays. What’s your favourite day?”Get two of the students to answer. Now let’s sing a song together “Weekdays”.

2. Asking the whole class: “ How is the weather?” Get them to answer: “It’s sunny.”

3. Now it’s show time. I would like two groups to come out and make a performance, who would like to show?

4. After showing, asking the whole class: “ How about their performance?” Do they sing loudly? How many stars for them, hands up, please!

Step two: presentation of the new lesson:

Boys and girls, look at me, when I point to my part of body, please tell me what it is, ok? The teacher points to the following parts of body: nose, mouth, face, eye, ear, head，knee...

As they say, write them down on the blackboard. Now let’s play a game, ok? Play this game: “Touch your…”

Step three:

1）Presentation of the new lesson: Today, we’re going to learn a song: “Clap your hands.”

2）Showing ppt, asking: “Boys and girls, look at the screen, how many pens are there?”

Get them to ask: “How many books, rulers… are there? How many hands are there? Get them to ask.

Presentation: Ask the whole class: “How many fingers are there?”

Teach “wiggle your fingers.”

3) Showing the picture, get them to read: “clap your hands”

4) Showing another picture, ask them: “Are they hands?” Tell them: “No, they’re toes.”

5) Look, they’re arms, these are men’s arms , those are lady’s arms. Ask: “How many arms are there?

Showing the last picture, get them to read: “ flap your arms.”

Step 4：Get them to watch and listen, then listen to the teacher, and do some actions(Get them to practice listening to the collect sounds about the following phrases:
