Lesson8 First, Second, Third

教学目标：

1、知识目标：

a、掌握新单词：first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth b、学生能识别、理解并能根据正确的顺序排列第一到第十二月份。

2、能力目标：

使学生掌握本课所学序数词，并能实际运用序数词。

3、情感目标：

关注学生的喜好、需求，营造宽松、民主、和谐的课堂氛围。通过多样性的活动，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，调动他们的积极性，使学生在英语课堂中不断体验成功，感受乐趣，树立自信心，促进学生综合运用语言能力的发展。

教学重点：

1、掌握新单词：first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth 2、学生能识别、理解并能根据正确的顺序排列第一到第十二月份。

教学难点：

序数词的单词拼写与应用。

教学用具：

教学光盘、12个序数词的单词卡、本课课件、1-12 的数字卡，几张写有日历的张贴画

教学过程: 一、Class opening 1、Greeting！

2、Sing a song：Twelve months 3、Play a game:“ONE-TO-ONE”

二、New concepts 1、 Numbers a、课件出示第一部分图片，问：What are they doing? (Race) Who is the winner? What place is the girl in the race? Look at the boy in the red shorts. What place is he in the race? b、学生讨论完后，出示句子 Li Ming is the first. The girl is the second. The boy in red shorts is the third. 学习序数词“first，second, third”. c、课件出示“十二生肖”，教师边引导学生边说出句子“The first is mouse；The second is ox；The third is tiger…The last is pig。

”

d、总结基变序口诀并记忆。

e、Practice: Listen and do 听做游戏，老师说出任意序数词，学生说出下一个。

f、用星期名称词和月份词，练习序数词的用法。

For example: Sunday is the first day of the week…

January is the first month of the year… 2、 Let’s do it! Pair work. Match and say. 看书 21 页，学生两两一组，一名说月份，另一名说出对应的序数词。 3、 Let’s play! Find my friend. 把学生分成两组，一组拿月份单词，一组拿序数词单词，找到自己对应的伙伴，并读出单词。

4、Ask and answer!课件出示几张日历,学习日历的表示方法。

A: What’s the date? B: It’s Tuesday,April the third. 三、Class closing：再次播放歌曲 Twelve Months 四、Homework:用12个序数词各造一个句子。

本课主要讲的是十二个序数词的变化和应用。在本节课当中我主要采用律动、游戏、小组合作等方式进行授课。让学生们在轻松愉快的环境中学习单词，在活动中运用句型，达到交流语言的效果。纵观

整堂课，教学目标达成情况比较好，主要表现在：大多数同学能够正确朗读十二个序数词，并能运用句型January is the first. 整堂课学生们兴趣盎然，都在轻松的课堂氛围中学到了知识，运用了知识。
