教具准备

1.《猴子与鳄鱼》的故事书一本。

2.猴子妈妈和小猴子的头饰各一个，鳄鱼头饰一个。

教学过程

Step 1Warming up 1.师生之间互致问候。

2.教师播放歌曲，全班齐唱歌曲：Old MacDonald Has a Farm. T：Let’s sing a song together，ok？全班齐唱歌曲“Old MacDonald Has a Farm”

Step 2 Review 1.

复习有关动物的单词，复习a monkey 和monkeys。

T：Old MacDonald has a？

Ss：Farm. T：Look，there is a beautiful？

Ss：Farm. T：On the farm，

there are many animals. What are they？

Let’s say quickly. 全班一起快速说动物的单词。

教师由动物单词的复习引出a monkey和monkeys 的复习，同时在黑板上贴上三只猴子的图片和标题“The Monkeys”。

T：Today，our story is about animals，too. They are the monkeys and？

Who’s he？

教师由问题“Who is he？”引出并板书完整课题。

教师播放课文录音，引出单词crocodile 的教学，并在黑板上贴上鳄鱼的图片和标题“and the Crocodile”，揭示并板书故事题目：The Monkeys and the Crocodile

Step 3 Presentation (一)初步感知故事内容

1.教师请学生自读课文，并将图按故事发展顺序排列。

(二)学习第一幅图至第三幅图

2.通过问题“Where are they？”来教学单词near，river，hungry，peach并复习单词tree. 教师播放课文图1~图3的课文录音。

（1）T：Where is the crocodile？

S：The crocodile is in the river. 教师教学单词river，并在黑板上画一条河流的简笔画。

（2）T：Where are the monkeys？

S：The monkeys are in the tree. 教师引导学生复习单词tree，并在黑板上画一颗树的简笔画。

（3）T：Monkeys like？（教师做吃东西的动作）

S：Monkeys like eating peaches. 教师教学单词peach和peaches，并在黑板上画几颗桃子的简笔画。

（4）T：Look，the tree is near the river.

教师教学单词near。由猴子的ear引出单词near，再操练单词near. 3.

教学单词hungry. T：Is the crocodile happy？

Ss：No. T：Is the crocodile full？

Ss：No. T：The crocodile is？

Ss：Hungry！

教师教学单词hungry. 4.

通过问题“What do they want to eat？”来教学单词catch和reach，以及句子：We can’t reach the peaches.和He can’t catch the monkeys. (1)

T:The crocodile is hungry.The monkeys are hungry,too.What do they want to eat? Ss:The monkeys want to eat peaches.The crocodile wants to eat the monkeys. (2)

教学句子We can’t reach the peaches.和单词reach.并板书句子。

教学句子He can’t catch the monkeys和单词catch.并板书句子。

游戏——看谁反应快。

游戏规则：T：Catch your books.学生快速抓住书本并说单词catch；T：

Catch your pens.学生快速抓住笔并说单词catch；T：Catch your partners.学生快速抓住自己的同伴并说单词catch.等等。

5.教师播放图1~图3的录音，学生模仿跟读。

(三)学习第四幅图至第七幅图

1.T：The crocodile is hungry，but he can’t catch the monkeys.Listen！How can they do that？

教师播放图4~图7课文录音。

2.T：The crocodile wants to help the monkeys.He says：“I can help you.”教师播放课文图4的

录音。引出鳄鱼想要帮助猴子的意图。并通过问题“How？”引出图5~图7课文内容。

3.T：What does the crocodile say？

S：you can sit on my back.I can take you there. 教师教学单词back 和句子You can sit on my back.I can take you there.并板书句子。

5.

请学生模仿鳄鱼的语气并戴上鳄鱼的头饰上台表演句子。

S1：You can sit on my back.I can take you there.

Ss：No，

thank you. 6.

T：Is it a good idea？

Ss：No.

T：Why not？

教师带着学生一起回答：“Because the crocodile will kill the monkeys. The monkeys will be his lunch.”

教师播放图4~图7的录音，学生模仿跟读。

学习第八幅图

1.

T：Does the crocodile eat the monkeys at last？教师播放图8的课文录音。

2.

请学生模仿猴子最后调皮开心的语气表演课文。

T：This is a interesting story. Let’s act.

教师请四个学生上台，分别戴上猴子和鳄鱼的头饰表演课文。

Step 4 Consolidation 1.

You know，the monkeys are hungry. But they can’t reach the peaches. Can you help them？

请学生帮助猴子想办法吃到桃子。

情感教育：告诉学生遇到困难的时候要沉着冷静，不要轻易相信陌生人。

T：If the monkeys didn’t listen to their mother. They will be the crocodile’s lunch. So do not trust any strangers！

出示课文相应的练习，请学生一起完成。

Step 6 Homework 1.帮助猴子们找到可以吃到桃子的办法，并记录下来。

2.和父母一起分享这个英文小故事。

反思：本节课为四年级的故事课，首先这个故事是关于鳄鱼和猴子的故事，所以我让学生带着最大的问题“Who are they？”进入课文，整体感知课文。其次，用简笔画和一些图片把故事整体情境设置出来。再在情境中引导学生学习故事。再抛出两个问题“1.Where are they？

2.What do they want to eat？”让学生带着问题来学习整篇课文。接下来，通过角色扮演，加深学生对几个重点句型的理解和运用。再次，在学生完整学习了整个故事后，还设计了一些练习来巩固今天所学的知识。最后，在板书和思维导图的帮助下，一起对整个故事复述来达到我们本课的教学目标。整节课效果良好，但最后作业布置有些不够完善，可分层次对不同层次学生布置不同作业来达到效果。
