【第四课时教学过程】

Teaching procedure(Period 4):A ‘magic’ sign 主体学习文本:

Hansel and Gretel’s stepmother does not like them. “I’ll leave them in the forest,” she says to herself. Hansel hears her. So he puts some stones in his pocket.

The next day the stepmother takes the children into the forest. On the way to the forest, Hansel drops the stones. Soon they are in the middle of the forest. Their stepmother lets them stay in the forest. But she does not come back. Gretel is afraid. But Hansel isn’t. He is clever. He drops some stones on the way. They can follow the stones back home. Hansel and Gretel find their way back home. Their father is very happy to see them again.
