Step 1: Revision and lead -in 1.

Greet with Ss by asking and answering T: “Hello ,boys and girls ! I’m Mr Zhao(wear Mr Zhao’s cat ) , Ss: Hello , Mr Zhao ! T: How are you ? Ss: I’m fine , thank you .and you ?

T: I’m OK.

2.

Teach the Ss to learn to greet with the Teacher in the morning by using “Good morning , teacher ”

Then go out of the classroom to act out the dialogue with the ss T: Class begin , Good morning , boys and girls . Help the Ss to say “Good morning ”Practice saying Good morning with the class again and again PPT

5.Explain Good morning / afternoon / evening / night in chinese 这几句问候语是比较正式场合用的，向老师或长辈问好常用，也可以用于平常较正式的场合。上午（十二点以前）问好用Good morning .下午（十二点以后到六点）用Good afternoon. 傍晚（

六点到九点之点）用Good evening .睡觉前用Good night . Then repeat the dialogues with the Ss together . 5.The teacher shows different time talbe cards, let the ss look and greet using Good morning /afternoon /evening and Good night . T：Explain how to write Oo Pp Qq Rr by showing the letter cands .and read the letters correctly . Step 3 :listen Play the tape “Let’s talk ”for the ss to listen and repeat .then the ss read the dailoger together .greet each in class one by one . Step 4.practice Let the ss act out the dilogues in groups .ask some pairs to perform in front of the class . Let the ss speak out their difficult sentences that the can’t understand or speak out .

Let the ss look at the picturs and practice “Good morning ” in pairs .
