The First Period 教学内容: Lesson 5 Seasons and Time 教学目标: 1.通过本课的学习,能听懂,会说本课单词,做到发音准确,语调自然,理解词义。
2.掌握询问季节的句型“What season is it ?”及回答方式
“It′s ...”。
4.通过介绍四季的不同特征,让学生养成善于观察事物的好习惯,培养学生的观察、表达能力。
教学重点: 1.能听懂、会说本课单词,做到发音准确,语调自然,理解词义。

教学过程:
Step 1 1.师生常规问候。
2.复习以前所学内容。
1)通过对话、图片、视频,引导学生介绍自己喜欢的季节和原因。
如:“I like spring because it’s warm .”
T: Boys and girls , how many seasons are there in a year ? Ps: Four . T:Good ! What are they ? ps: Spring , summer ,autumn and winter . …
2)Work in pairs,talk about the four seasons. 3)Act out their conversations. Step 2 Presentation
1.引人新单词。
T: Look at the picture . What season is it ?(What’s this?/What are these?) PS: It’s spring .(It’s/They are …) T: Look. What are they ? PS: They are …
T: They are plants . Do you know “plants”?(重复此单词) Ps: plants 、plants 、plants . T: How about the plants now ? PS: They are …
T: They are growing . 2.用同样的方法教学flowers bloom , wind blows , leaves fall , harvest , snow 3.让学生听录音并跟读单词以纠正发音。
4.两人一组练习。

2.选择正确的单词填在横线上。
3.教师订正答案。
Step 7 Let’s talk . Follow the tape 引导学生看图说话。谈论四季的特征,鼓励学生描述自己家乡的四季变化。
