【Students Analysis】
The students in Grade 3 have just begun to learn English. They are lovey and active. They like new things. They are full of curiosity and good at showing themselves.They like playing, drawing, and singing. They want to learn more and more knowledge. So it is very important to arouse the students’ interes ts and enthusiasm in English.
【Textbook Analysis】
The topic and content of this textbook is close to Ss’ daily life. There is one topic in three or four units. The topic of Unit eleven is how to ask others’ age and try to answer. The students will learn “How old are you? I’m ...and say Happy birthday” to others. To master the knowledge in this lesson is very important for the goal of the whole topic. This lesson is the base.
