Diversity in a group means having animals with their genes arranged in different ways.

归纳总结：“with＋宾语＋宾语补足语”所构成的复合结构在句中可以担任定语或状语（表示时间、伴随、行为方式、原因或条件等）

学法点拨：判断“with复合结构”中宾语与宾补之间的关系，如果为主动关系用v-ing；如果为被动关系，用v-ed‘’如果表将来用to do. Group work 小组合作

John has a car in poor condition which broke down from time to time.

One day he asked his father to help him repair it , but with a lot of work to do, his father resisted helping him. However, faced with difficulty, John didn’t give up. It struck him that he could turn to his friends for help. Finally the car was repaired successfully and their efforts were not in vain.

He owed his success to his friends’ help.
