Unit 3 My week 一、单元知识简介
本单元主要学习8个星期名称和两组新句型,并在对话中复习一些旧的动词短语单词。
二、学情分析
学生在三年级册Unit已经学过一些动词短语单词和如何询问喜欢什么体育运动类问句,及回答的句型。
三、教学目标
1.语言知识目标
学习四会单词Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and week.和四会句子What day is it today? It’s Sunday. What do you do on Monday? I play the violin on Monday. 2.语言技能目标
通过说唱歌谣,做游戏,做调查报告,表演,比赛等多个环节,使学生在观察、判断、合作、自学、表演、竞争、创造、评价等多方面的能力得到发展和提高。
3.情感态度目标
培养学生浓厚的英语学习兴趣,挖掘学生的表演才能和实际应用语言的能力,给学生一个自我展示的舞台。
4.文化意识目标
通过本课学习,让学生体会到中西方对于表达星期名称顺序的不同理解。
四、教学重点与难点
1.教学重点
本节课重点学习四会单词、学习两组句型和学习对话,通过对句型的学习,理解对话的意义,并能表演出来。
2.教学难点
(1) 通过学习,让学生正确区分单词Sunday与Monday,Tuesday与
Thursday的发音及书写的异同。
(2) Wednesday与
Saturday的发音及书写也是难点之一。
(3) 通过对话的学习,学生能学会灵活运用新知识,自己创设新的情景对话。
五、教法学法
根据本单元的教学内容,可采用活动教学法、情景教学法和游戏教学法组织教学活动。
充分利用电脑屏幕、录音机等电教手段,以及身边易找、易做之物,如单词卡,头饰,图片等直观教具,最大限度的调动学生学习的积极性。复习、引入、新授、扩展,层层递进,尽可能创造相宜的语言情境,鼓励学生的大胆创新,加强合作学习、合作表演,使学生在轻松愉悦的环境中学习、思维、应用。

金太阳课件、图片、头饰、实物等。
七、课时划分
第一课时: Vocabulary, Revision and Song activity. 第二课时: Conversation, Practice 1 and Practice 2. 第三课时: Sounds and words and Activities. 第二课时
一、课时目标
通过学习,让学生能根据情景表演会话。
二、课时重点和难点
本节课重点是学习会话内容,理解会话中句子的意义。学习一个新单词和复习一些旧句子。难点之一是如何根据情景表演会话。难点之二是运用所学知识创造性地谈论一星期里干了什么。
三、课前准备
金太阳课件、图片、实物、投影等。
四、教学过程
Step 1 Greeting and getting ready T: Hi, everyone. T: Hi, Miss Luo. T: Who’s on duty today?(可用中文说一次) S1:I am.
T: Can you tell me what do you do today? S1: I clean the floor. T: Any more? S2: I clean the desk..
T: Thank you. You did a good job. Now Let’s sing the song—What day is it today?
Step 2 Revision T: Great. Thank you for your song. What day is it today? Ss: It’s _______________. T:(出示日历)What day is it today? What do you do on________? (让几个学生回答)
Step 3 Presentation

Teach new words ping-pong ball and birthday and the conversation. T: (拿出体育器材)What this?
Ss: It’s a badminton. T: What’s that? S1: It’ a ping-pong ball.(引导学生回答,并板书) T: It’s Monday. I play ping-pong on Monday. Do you want to know what do Tony and Jenny do in a week? Ss: Yes, We do. T: Let’s see a movie. (电脑屏幕逐渐出示1-4幅图,教学会话) T: (出示第五幅图)What day is it today? Ss: It’s Saturday. T: Yes, It’s Mom’s birthday. Happy birthday, Mom.( 板书—

Step 4 Drill and practice 1.Model the dialog with Ss.(教师扮演Mom,
其他同学分别扮演Tony, Jenny和
Gogo.) 2.Group work. T: This time let’s practice in groups of four. Look at the pictures on your books to talk about for the role of Tony, Jenny, Gogo, Bing the bird.(4人小组活动) Then I’ll choose some groups to act out your dialogs.
Step 5 Consolidation / Exercises design Practice 1 T: (出示投影指着课本不同的物品) Look at the pictures and read the sentences together. T: Now let’s listen and circle. T: Check the answer. Practice 2 T: Let’s ask and answer. What day is it today? What do you do on Sunday? Do you play tennis
