Step 1. Warming up 1.

Greeting. Hello, boys and girls! Nice to meet you. How are you today? How do you feel now? 2.

Do you want to sing a song? Let’s sing a song now. OK? Watch the video of the song (Red, Yellow, Green and Blue ), sing and do the actions. 3.

This song is about colours. What words of colours do you know? Get individuals to answer.

Ask the Ss. to say the colour of the pictures and stick the words of colours on the Bb. 5.

Red the words. Check the Ss.’ pronunciation in a chain, each student reads one word one by one. 6.

Drill the new words favourite, colour. 2.

Tell the Ss. “

I like yellow and blue. My favourite colour is yellow. What’s your favourite colour?” Write the sentences on the Bb. Drill with 3 or 4 colours. 3.

Pair work: Ask and answer favourite colours. Then get some pairs to share, and ask the others “What’s his/her favourite colour?”

Ask the Ss. who like green/blue ... to stand up, and ask the others “What’s their favourite colour?”
