教材分析：

本单元的话题是“数字”，是在前两单元名词单数和复数基础上的递进。对于学生来说也是对于名词的单数，复数的复习和巩固。学习任务并不重，因此教师要多组织数字的运用活动，帮助学生理解，运用。

学情分析：

三年级的学生由于刚开始接触英语，对英语持有较高的兴趣，因此加强学生们对所学英语的口头运用显得尤为重要，此外对听力的接触应加强，而且书写也要适当进行。

技能目标：

1. 能询问，说出10以内的物品或者人物的数量

2. 能够用1~10 十个数字计数

3. 能够理解故事内容并朗读故事人物的对话。

知识目标：

1.语音：

能区别字母s和z在单词中的发音。

2. 词汇：

话题词汇：能够用1~10，以及bird，flower，crocodile等动，植物名词

情景词汇：

能够在语境中理解Be careful! Help! Look out! 的含义。

3. 句型：能够运用How many…are there? There are/is…询问和说明

数量的多少。

情感，策略，文化意识目标：

1.通过故事的学习，培养学生热爱自然，保护动物的意识。

2.通过数字手势的不同表达法，帮助学生了解中美文化差异。
