1.Be able to listen , say, read and write the phrases: land on the moon, go to college, join the National Team, study the stars.

2.Be able to use the sentence:

—What’s your dream?

Teaching key points and difficulties:

1.Master the four phrase.

2.Be able to use the sentence to talk with students.

Teaching steps:

Step 1: Warm-up:

1.Greeting.

2.Free talk: Let students look at the pictures and speak the job of the people. Teacher asks “What is he/she?”

Step2: Presentation:

1.Show students pictures and learn new phrases. When students learn the phrases, let them read, remember and spell them.

2.Let students complete the phrases.

Step 3:Practice.

1.Teacher asks students : “What’s your dream?’’

Students answer one by one. “I want to …”

2.Make students work in group.

Talk about their dreams.

A: What’s your dream?

A: I want to ______.

Step 4: Exercises:

1.Match the phrases.

2.Choose the answers.

Step5: Let’s read.

Let students read a poem together.《If you have a dream》If you have a dream,

Step 6: Homework.

1.Write and remember the four phrases.

2.Talk about your dreams with students after class.
