Teaching procedures : Step1:Warm-up a.Greetings . b.Sing a song 《In a nature park》.

（设计意图：激发学生的学习兴趣引入新知并复习句型Is there a...?） Step3: Presentation 1.Learn“tree”and the main sentences T:Look at the screen.The mountain is so beautiful.I think the air is very fresh,because there are many “trees”. （Teach the word “tree”及复数形式“trees”.）

T: Are there any trees on the mountain? Ss:Yes,there are. (Write the sentences on the blackboard and practice in pairs.) T:Yes,there are some trees on the mountain.If we say “Are there some trees on the mountain?”Is it right? (Explain the difference between “some and any”.)

2.Learn “house”

T:What can you see near the trees? Lead students to say “house” and teach . Practice the sentences“Are there any houses on the mountain? Yes,there are.”

3.Teach “village”

Show a picture and say“There are many houses and trees here

and many people live here ”lead students to say “It’s a village” and practice the word.

4.Learn “building”

Show a picture about “city” and ask “Is this a village?”

Ss:No. T:No,it’s a city. Are there any houses in the city? （Lead students to say “No,there aren’t.”and practice the sentences in pairs.）

T:What are these? Lead students to say buildings . (Practice the word“building” and sentences“Are there any buildings on the mountain? Yes,there are.”) T:Do you know the differences between house and building? (Explain the differences between them.)

5.learn “bridge”

T:Guess.It’s across the river and people can walk on it.Do you know what it is? （Teach the word“ bridge” and practice it .）

T:Are there any bridges on the mountain? Ss:Yes.

T:How many? Ss:One T:Yes,there is one. (Practice the sentences“Are there any bridges on the mountain? Yes,there is one.”)

Step 4: Practice a.Listen and repeat. b.Practice the words and sentences in pairs. C.A game:What’s missing?

Step 5:Extension and consolidation 1.Work in pairs:According to some pictures of the nature park to ask and answer in pairs. 2.Write four sentences about the nature park and say. There is/are... (设计意图:加深学生对单词及句型的记忆与掌握，锻炼学生语言运用的能力。)

Homework ：

1.Listen to the tape and repeat two times. 2.Draw your favourite park and introduce it.
