Read and act out the words:jump/swim/walk/run/come/look/catch. Step 3:Presentation.(ppt2) and 2nd passage of chant. 本节课是第二单元的第二课时,预先让学生了解了有关北极步了解北极的向往和求知欲,为第二课时做好铺垫。
这节课主要掌握catch a hare/jump in the warter/swim across the lake/walk through the snow/run up the hill/come to the top/look around…等动词短语。难点是学会chant,有节奏的读出chant. 在设计本课时,我围绕教学目的,突破重难点,结合“看听学说”四大要素进行教学。
一、循序渐进,落实基础
由单词到短语,结合图片,借由卡片和PPT反复练习读法,再辅助身体语言强化记忆,同时,以分组、分男女、one by one、反思
的情况,认知了单词“polar bear/arctic/”激发了学生更进一
小声-大声、角色变换等不同方式练习巩固,让全体学生都能掌握动词短语的识记和理解。尤其在理解“across和 through”两个单词时,利用图片以及情景剧表演,更形象生动的比较了两个单词的区别。同时,利用分段式教学,一段一段逐步消化,并通过一问一答式练习,再次反复记忆,并及时解决难点的突破。
二、全面参与,竞赛意识
练习形式多样化,力求做到全员参加,极大的鼓励所有学生大胆发言,充分发挥班级学生英语基础好的学生,带动基础较弱的学生,逐步走向全面掌握教学目标。在学习中,不仅让学生能说能练,还要培养他们的协作竞争意识,采用四组PK赛,通过抢答、点生答,强化对知识的巩固,同时也吸引了全体学生的注意力。
三、轻松自然,情感突破
虽有比赛,激烈但不失活跃,利用ppt图片,和“bear”始终保持亲近感,风趣自然的体态教学,让孩子们动静结合,思维跳跃,令学生一直保持放松、愉悦的心情学习。让孩子们真正成为课堂主人,都能积极地参与到教学中来,活跃了课堂气氛。同时,在教学中,渗透“绿色”理念,引导学生爱护环境,激发他们热爱自然,保护动物的情感。
本节课,教学难度有点大,chant的篇幅较长,单词信息量大,第四段chant学说的还不够熟练,同时,也有很多惊人的收获,有些平时不敢开口,不敢发言的同学今天课堂表现不错,较能主动解疑答难,为本组加分,为集体争得了荣誉。
在今后的教学中,我会倡导语言知识教学和技能相结合的、开放的、互动的学习模式。把英语教学与情态有机结合起来,创设各种合作学习活动,促进学生互相学习,互相帮忙,体验成就感,发展合作精神。
