S1: What colour is it? T: It’s black and white. S1: Oh, I see. It’s a panda. 2. T: You are great. Today, let’s learn a poster about panda. Please read the poster and answer the questions: Where does the panda live? What does it eat? What coulor is it? Is the panda in danger? 3.
Let students answer the questions. 4.
T: Do you love pandas? Ss: Yes, we love pandas. T: Pandas are very lovely. People around the world love pandas. T explains the sentences to the students. 5.
T: We all love pandas. But they are in great danger. Let’s join in to help them. How can you help the pandas?
S1: We can protect the environment to help pandas. S2: We don’t hurt them. 6.
T: Let’s learn another animal who is also in danger. Please look at the picture. This is the South China Tiger. What can you get from the name? S1: It lives in the south of China. T: Super! 7.
Let students read the poster and try to answer the questions: Where does the South China Tiger live? Where can you see the tiger? 8.
From the students’
answers, teach these two sentences: The South China lived in many parts of China. But people can only see them in the zoo today. Practice 1. Read the two posters. 2.T: Do you want to help panda and the South China Tiger? Let’s make a poster for them.
