一、教学目标

1、知识目标

1)、能听、说、读句型:How old are you? When is your birthday?

2)、能听懂并跟读书中对话,鼓励学生学会表演。

2、能力目标

运用所学举行获得有关年龄的信息。

3、情感目标

培养学生用所学的交际用语进行交流的能力,并通过交际化语言的学习,激发学生对语言学习的热情,培养学生爱好。

二、教学重点

会听、说句型How old are you? I’m…,即学会询问对方年龄的日常交际用语。

三、教学难点

How old are you? 和 When is your birthday?的正确运用

四、教学准备PPT课件,录音机

五、教学过程:

I Greeting

T: Class begin. Ss: Stand up, please!

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, teacher. T: Please sit down!

Ⅱ Review

T: Do you remember the numbers? Show me your fingers. Let’s count 1 to 10 together.(师生一起数数,从0到10,再从10到0) T: Now, I say Chinese. You say English.

(复习10以上的数字)

T:Can you challenge? I say one. You say first. Can you? (复习序数词)

T: Next, do you remember the twelve months?(出示PPT) T: Let’s read it together.

T: What is the first month? What is the second month? Is April the third month? April is the fourth month. How about June?(复习月份)

T: Now, look! What’s this? It’s a calendar.

What month is it? It is April. What date is it? It is April the nineteenth.

T: Now, let’s look at the screen.

Jerry: Today is my birthday. This is my birthday cake. I have birthday candles. How many candles? Let’s count ,OK? T: nine candles. Yes, I’m nine

Practice

T:Open your books and turn to page 34.
