一、教学内容

本节课内容是Unit3 A healthy diet 中story time板块，是本单元的第一课时。课文主要围绕“健康饮食”这一主题，以分别介绍Mike和

YangLing的饮食习惯为主线，围绕健康膳食金字塔的形式，讨论人们生活中的饮食习惯。学习内容贴近学生的生活，具有指导性、实用性，体现了英语课程工具性和人文性的统一。

二、教学对象

六年级的学生已经积累了一定的英语知识和英语学习方法，且此话题贴近学生的生活，能激发学生的英语表达欲望。通过学习，学生可以学到表达健康饮食的用语，了解健康饮食的标准，以此及时调整自己的饮食习惯，并能够模仿文本将学到的知识用于实际交流。

三、教学目标

1、能在整体情境中理解story time的内容，养成预测文本、处理信息等能力。

2、能听懂、会说、会读单词，词组或句型：

at a time, healthy, diet, a little, a few. He has a lot of/some noodles/meat. She has a few eggs/a little rice. 3、能正确朗读课文，能用所学句型、交际用语讲述自己的饮食习惯。

4、能主动参与课堂活动，与他人合作。

5、能初步了解关于健康饮食的文化与知识。

四、教学重难点

1、听得懂，会说，会读，会写a lot of, some, a little, a few, healthy, diet. 2、进一步熟悉表示数量的词汇并巩固可数以及不可数名词。

3、初步了解健康饮食的重要性以及学会利用营养金字塔来评价以及衡量自己以及他人的饮食健康情况并能提出合理建议。

五、教学过程

What do you usually have for breakfast / lunch / dinner ? (设计意图：轻松简单的自由交谈拉近师生距离，既集中了孩子的注意力，又为下面的新课做了准备,而且上课前观看有关食物的视频，学生有话可以说。)

Practise and presentation

1、T: I know a little about your diet .Now ,let me show you my diet. 2、Introduce my diet. T: I have a few cakes and milk for breakfast . For lunch and dinner ,I have a lot of rice, a lot of vegetables ,some meat and some fish. Every day ,I have a lot of water and some vegetables. I think , I have a healthy diet. 3、Show the title.( A healthy diet .) (设计意图：通过老师的饮食，引出课题，导入自然，学生容易接受。)

4、Show the aims for this lesson. A、I can understand and read the story. B、I can know Mike and YangLing’s diet.

C、I can know the healthy diet and help other to form healthy diet. D、I can learn by myself and work with classmates. (设计意图：通过目标展示，使学生明确本课所学内容，为学生的学习指引好方向。) Task 1 :
