Warm up

1.Lead-in: T: Look at the picture and the advertisement : KFC needs helpers, do you want to have a try?

2.Task 1: Read the menu . T: Can you read these food? (Teacher invites some students to read the words , others read after him/her. ) (Teacher show the pictures ,Ss read the words and spell them , teacher writes the words on the blackboard.)

3.Task 2: How to say? T: Look at the picture, Maidou is hungry , he wants to eat some bread. Maybe he wants to eat some other delicious food . Let’s look at the pictures and have a look. (Show the pictures and read them.) T: If you want to eat something, you can say: Can I have some____ ?/I’d like some _____ . (Teacher asks the students to use the small pictures , ask and answer in pairs to practice the sentences.) (Give them one minutes to prepare and then show their sentences.)

4.Task 3: Read and act . (Ss say “Hello”

to Zoom, and look at the picture, then guess: Where is Zoom?) ( Look at the video and see: What happened?)

5.Students read the sentences and choose the right numbers.
