学生现状分析：

小学是英语学习的启蒙阶段，但农村地区的小学生，受各种条件的限制，他们的学习资源有限，运用英语的机会很少，有时对所学知识不能达到运用自如的程度。我们要充分利用现代教育技术的优势，把文字、声音、图像有机地结合起来，给学生提供多种真实的场景，使学生的语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面的素质得到全面发展。

通过争当天气预报员这一环节，使学生知道北京、上海、西安、

拉萨及伦敦、渥太华、华盛顿等地的重要标志物和新加坡的国旗。
