二、指导思想与理论依据

《英语课程标准（实验稿）》中明确指出：基础教育阶段英语课程的任务之一是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习方法，发挥自主学习的能力和合作精神，使学生掌握一定的语言综合运用能力，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，培养学生跨文化交际意识。同时，《英语课程标准（实验稿）》二级目标要求：学生要能用所学单词表达二级规定的相应话题，其中包括文体活动的话题。而语言知识是实现语言技能的基础，是服务于语言技能的，语音、词汇、语法、功能、话题等语言知识又是融会贯通的。因此，我认为恰当的整合单元语言知识和语言技能的内容是十分必要的。

三、教学背景分析

教材分析：

本课为北京版《小学英语》六年级上册第五单元第二课时的对话教学。本单元的话题是围绕奥林匹克运动会展开的。其中关于古代奥林匹克运动会的相关内容在第一课时的对话教学中已经初步接触，本课主要介绍了现代奥林匹克运动会的相关内容，如第一届的举办时间、举办地、口号、举办的目的等。除此以外，结合本课的重点句型，需要补充一些课外常识——历届奥运会的举办时间及举办地点，历届奥运会的会徽等。这些内容并未在课本中呈现，但对学生进一步学习奥运会话题很有帮助，这些常识也将作为本课学习、操练的重点句型必不可少的内容。

学情分析：

1. 认知特点：

本课的授课对象是小学六年级的学生，多数学生对英语的学习兴趣比较稳固，养成了良

好的英语学习习惯，具备了一定的语言交际能力，课上能够比较积极参与，根据不同情况表达出自己的想法，学习效果明显。

2. 知识储备：

之前在北师大版教材中五年级上册第三单元接触过sports，只是对于一些运动项目有初步的了解。奥林匹克运动会这一话题，从来都没有接触过，是完全陌生的知识，虽然话题贴近生活，但其中涉及到一些国家名称和年份，对于学生来讲有一定的难度。

四、教学目标（含重、难点) 教学目标：

1、通过教师的引导，借助课件理解talk together谈论的内容；

2、能够在教师的指导下朗读对话内容；

3、能够通过学习对话内容，运用本课重点句型When did people hold the … modern Olympics? They held them in … in … .并可以仿照进行人物采访。

4、通过学习培养学生对体育运动的兴趣与爱好；通过合作学习培养学生的合作精神。

教学重点：

1、通过教师的引导，借助课件理解talk together谈论的内容；

2、能够在教师的指导下朗读对话内容；

教学难点：

能够通过学习对话内容，运用本课重点句型When did people hold the … modern Olympics? They held them in … in … .并可以仿照进行人物采访。
