一．学情分析

认知基础：授课对象为高二24班。文科班，学生整体文静内敛、认真刻苦。但英语基础一般，经过高中两年的学习和训练，大多数学生已经能用英语提取信息，处理信息并准确表达自己的观点。但写作能力较差，尤其是阐释意义和主观评价整合信息的能力亟待提高。

二．教学内容分析

写作在高中英语乃至整个英语学习中都起着举足轻重的作用，是英语能力的重要体现。但是在实际的日常学习中，学生在写作方面存在很大的问题。本节课是这单元的最后一课时，学生要练习口头描述物品并写成文章，且要加入自己的主观态度，是学生进一步认识早期人类的生活方式，拓展考古知识，同时提高写作能力。

三．教学目标

依据新课程标准的要求和学生已有的知识结构与认知水平，确定本节课的教学目标如下：

1.

了解三星堆遗址及其文物的考古发现情况。

2.

学习口头表达人及事物的特征。

3.

提炼并汇总事物的特征信息，并生成表格。

4.

进一步梳理整合所提炼的信息，并升华为对祖先智慧的崇拜和华夏文化带给我们的自豪感，写成100词左右的文章。

四．教学重点与教学难点：

重点：掌握一些基本的表达技能，能灵活应用相关词汇，准确把握事物特征。提高对文物保护的意识。

难点：拓展学生的英语思维，发展学生观察与分析问题和归纳事物特点的能力，提高学生写作水平和综合运用英语的能力，并运用所学的词汇和内容写出有一定想象力的短文。

六．教学过程设计

Step1.Leading in Enjoy a short film and read an introduction for the Sanxingdui Ruins. And ask them to say sth. about the short film. 设计意图：Class work.Arouse their interest in this period. Step2.Discussing and speaking 1.Show the four pictures and ask the students to have a discussion about the pictures.Try their best to describe the details of the objects,then express their own opinions freely. 2.Conclude the details into a form. 设计意图:Group work and individual work.By this way at the beginning of the class I can arouse students` interest and enthusiasm to involve in it and cultivate their

co-operative and competitive abilities.Improve their abilities of speaking and describing. Step3:Explaining and writing 1.

The teacher explains the basic steps of describing an object and shows the students some useful expressions and sentences. According to details that are concluded just now ,ask them to write an article about the mask. 2.

Ask the students to show their articles on the big screen. And the teacher and other students read them and correct them if necessary. 3.
