本课教学内容是新标准四年级下册第五模块第二课时，本单元的教学内容是学会描述人物和事物的过去和现在。

教学目标

a.知识目标

b.技能目标：

能灵活运用新句型，并能说明某人或某物过去的特征与状态，比较现在和过去。

培养学生的观察能力，发现人物和事物过去和现在的变化，

保持他们对英语的学习热情。

重点：能在实际中运用一般过去时描述人或事物的特征与状态，比较现在和过去。

Step1Warming up 1.Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls. S: Good morning, Ms Qian. T: How are you? S: I’m fine, thank you, and you? T: I’m very well, thanks. T: Today we’re going to learn Module5 Unit2 They were young.

Step3 Prensentation 1.（出示女儿现在的照片，并让学生看图完成句子）
