Let’s talk I. Analysis of the Teaching Material The topic of this unit is “

My favourite season ”. Such a topic is related to our daily life, so it is helpful to raise the students' learning interests. This section is the third part of this unit. In the front two lessons, students have learned the four seasons. They can use the important sentence patterns to ask and answer the favourite seasons. In the part of A Let’s talk, students drew the pictures of their favourite seasons. So, it is easy for students to enjoy the pictures and find out Which are Zhang Peng’s and Amy’s pictures easily. And students can listen and understand the dialogue easily,too.

II. Learning Analysis The students in Grade 5 have learned English for more than two years. They can understand many words and some difficult sentences. They have strong interest and confidence in studying English now. Besides, they can do well in group work. Students have learned the weather and the seasons, so they can learn this part easily.

III. Teaching Objectives
