教学过程：

Step1 Leading in Show some cards to review last lesson. T:Hello,boys and girls.Look at the picture.What is the boy like? Ss: Clever! He is clever. ……

Show PPT1 There are a b c three girls. Look at gril c.What is she like? Ss: She is tall. She has long hair. She is wearing a dress. T: Try to read and choose.(Finish Look,read and choose on page37) Step2 New lesson 1 Show a picture T: This is Ms. May and this is Mr. Black. What are they like? What do you think of them? (Write What are they like? What do you think of them? on the blackboard )

T: What is Ms. May like? What do you think of her? Ss: She is serious. T: What do you think of Mr. Black? Ss: He is kind. 2. Play the video of “Let’s talk” understand the dialogue. T: Maybe you are right. Now please look at the screen, and listen to the dialogue carefully.Answer the following questions: 1.What does Mr.Black do? 2.What is he like? 3.What does Ms. May do? 4.What do you think of her? 3.Read the dialogue by yourself, then answer questions: 1What’s Kevin’s favourite subject? Why?

4.Read the dialogue with your deskmate then talk about: 1) He always tries to make Math easy to understand. 2) We find Math classes interesting Blackboard writing : make sth. easy to understand find sth.\sb. interesting 5.
