The teaching material of this period contains two parts. The first part is about some useful words and expressions, which means to let students learn how to use some useful words and expressions correctly. The teacher encourages students to do some exercises to 教材分析

The second part is about attributive clauses, which asks the students to master the differences between the restrictive and non-restrictive attributive clauses by comparing a lot of example sentences.. 经过一段时间的学习，学生已经逐渐熟悉了教材、教师及其教法，并有了一定量的知识储备，学习策略基本成形，认识到了小组合作学习的重要性和必要性并能够有学情分析

效地参与到小组合作中来。但是这一节课对学生来说依然有很大的难度，因为学生对于定语从句知识储备欠缺，所以对于教师所讲内容不是特别理解，因此教师在设计环节上要层层深入，通过展示例句，引导学生，逐步让学生掌握限制性定语从句和非限制性定语从句的不同。
