教学过程设计

Step 1: Lead in

1. Greet the students like this: Hello, boys and girls! Good morning/afternoon! 2. Ask students to greet each other in groups of four, trying to use each other’s English names. 3. Play a game——guess the letters.

Ask several students to come to the front of and act out some letters, and ask the other students to guess the letters. Step 2: Presentation

Show the pictures of eight students and go over their names together. Step 3: Work on 4a 1. Ask the students to find out the names of the children on page S1. 2. Ask the students to write the names of the names in alphabetical order and remind them that the first letter of the names should be capitalized. 3. Ask the students to listen and learn. Step 4: Work on 4b 1. Go over the pronunciation of the eight letters and show their phonetics. 2. Ask the students to put the letters in the right phonetics group. 3. Ask the students to listen to and repeat. Make sure the students understand the difference between the two “a” sounds and the two “e” sounds. Step 5:

Work on 4c 1.

Ask students to read the letters and names in Column 1, and make sure they know the distinction between different pronunciations of the same letter. 2.

Ask the students to read the new words in Column 2, move around and help the students if necessary. 3. Check their pronunciation. 4. Ask the students to look at the new words of this unit and read. Step 6: Listen and sing the song

1. Ask the students to read the words in the song and find out the greetings and the answers. 2. Divide the glass into two groups and ask them to read words in the song. 3. Play the recording and ask the students to listen first and the sing after the recording. At last just play the music and let the students sing together. Let the boys have a try ,and then the girls. 课堂小结

Aa, Bb, Cc, Dd, Ee, Ff, Gg, Hh 是英语的前八个字母，其中Aa和Ee是元音字母，其余的为辅音字母。要注意和掌握他们的读音。

课后作业

1.找出键盘中我们已学过的八个英语字母。

2.熟唱英语歌。
