What are these? These are ladybirds.

What are those? Those are seagulls.

Vocabulary: Understanding words: For my students: outing, ladybirds,seagulls,touch, frog, crawl, nail clock, climb, clap。

The words should be grasp: birds, eggs, seagulls, and ladybirds. Sounds: Know the cl-’s sound in the words.

Basic aims of this lesson: 1. Can listen and say the name of the birds in the text. 2.Finish the task the teacher given in the lessons. 3.Can understand the conversation the text given. 4.Can dictation Part B. Teaching difficulties:

To understand “on an outing.” “Don’t touch them.”

What are these? These are ladybirds….

Teaching aids:

We can use “Type-recorder, picture, computer” in our 50 to 60 students’ classroom.

Student’s aids:

·Everyone draw a picture of seagulls, ladybirds, birds, and eggs.

Step 1 Warming up:

Listen to the teacher, point to the picture one time.

Look at the blackboard, the teacher say and point to the word, let the student point to the picture.

Without sound, just point to the words, let the student show the picture to the teacher. Step 2 Presentation and drill · Task 1: Finish the words:
