本节课是冀教版小学英语四年级下册Unit3 All about me 的第三课时。本单元的话题全是关于自我介绍，该话题贴近学生生活，能够激发学生的表达欲望。本课时是这个单元的第一课时，在本单元中具有非常重要的作用，本单元的核心词汇和核心句型都将在这一课时呈现。英语新课程标准要求教师转变教学方式，在教学上要体现“以学生为中心”，使学生在情境、活动中习得语言，为充分体现新课标理念，将对本节课教学活动整体设计，注重面向全体学生，创设大量真实语言环境，开展多种生动活泼的活动，让学生在活动和情景中学习和掌握英语，优化英语学习方式，采用小组激励和评价措施引导学生积极参与课堂学习。

学情分析：

四年级学生积极活跃，求知欲强，接受能力较强。经过一年多的英语学习，他们对英语的基本句型有了一定的了解。为了持续激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使其树立自信心，在本节课教学中，充分利用多媒体激趣，充分利用图片资源，视频资源进行语言操练和实践，让学生直观地感受英语，学习英语，运用英语，感受到英语的魅力无处不在。
