教学目标: 1、 Knowledge aims: a. Students can understand, read, speak and write the words : drew,

painted cut, put and could. b. Students can read, speak and understand the words: strings, sticks, a piece of and scissors. c. Students can use past tense to express how they made a thing. 2、Ability aims: a. Students can express the things they need for making a thing. b. Students can express how they made a thing step by step. 3、Moral aims: a. Students enjoy the beautiful pieces of paper-cut and the things made by paper. b. Students try to think in different ways and be creative. 二、学情分析：五年级的学生已经学了两年多的英语，有一定的基础知识，对英语有一定的兴趣，但随着知识难度的增加，学生学起来较吃力，需要直观形象的知识点多次呈现，同时需要各种有趣的学习方式保持学习的积极性。

三、教学重、难点： 1. 重点：重点掌握4个四会单词。用英语描述制作风筝的过程。 2. 难点：几个动词的过去式，了解词语：sticks 和 strings 的意思

四、教学步骤 Step1: warm-up (1)Greetings (2)Divide the Ss into four groups. Let’s have a competition. Step 2 Lead-in and Presentation 1.新词呈现：

T: Boys and girls, Do you like flying a kite? But this kite is too small.

Let’s make a kite. OK?

Students may say “纸，木棍，线，剪刀” T: Boys and girls, I have so much colorful paper.
