Module8 Unit1 Looking at photos 教材分析

1.本教材的特点是时代性、实用性、基础性和人文性,本节内容教授学生学习孩子们行为习惯和喜好怎样用英语表达,这就充分体现了起实用性和基础性的特点,同时本节内容对学生之前所学知识也有一个很好的总结复习的作用。

2.本节重点学习频率副词“often”’以及一些非常贴近生活的动词短语的使用和一般疑问句的再学习。

学情分析

1.通过学生前几个模块学习过程中的课堂表现,作业情况,以及试卷分析,可以看出部分学生对于经常使用的一些动词短语的掌握程度很不错,频率副词的使用也有了一定的了解,一般疑问句的问答也有不少学生已经掌握,但是部分学生还有很大欠缺。

2.就本单元来讲,大多数的学生对于频率副词的使用没有明确认识,也没有系统的了解,而常用动词短语也存在部分遗忘现象。

教学课时:(共两课时)

第一课时:

初步学习了解课文,重点学习和练习重点句型“Do you often…?”的提问及回答Not very often /not really。

第二课时:

细读课文,深入理解课文意思,具体分析重难点句子:I’d love to .I stopped for a long time ago.

第一课时

教学目标

1.知识目标与技能目标:

(1).能熟练听说读写单词:often、clean;

(2).能认、读、使用动词短语:play with dolls ,clean your room ,play football.

(3).能运用语句:Do you often …?谈论行为和爱好,会用以下几种方式回答:Yes ,I do./ No , I don’t .Not really .Not o ften .Yes ,of course.

2.情感目标:

(1)通过多种形式的教学活动,激发学生学英语的兴趣,用“Do you often ……?”询问别人的日常行为。

(2) 引导他们积极参与小组活动,培养学生的合作精神和与人交流的能力。

教学重点和难点

1. 教学重点:

(1).能理解often,并运用句子Do you often……?

(2).知道以下几种回答的区别:Yes ,I do./ Yes ,of course./ No , I don’t./ Not very often./Not really .并会根据喜好程度做出正确的表达。

2.教学难点:

Not very often.和Not really .与其它回答的区别

教具准备:

教师相片、学生相片、调查表、单词卡片、多媒体课件、磁带、录音机、

教学过程:

(一)、Greeting and review.

1、Greeting.

T: Good morning boys and girls. I’m _____.You can call me____. Nice to see you! Are you happy? (Yes: You did a good job. I like you./ No: Doesn’t matter.Try to do your best.)

2、Chant.

Football,football, play football;

Kite, kite ,fly a kite;

Books, books ,reed books;

Dolls, dolls, play with dolls.

遮住图动作,让学生猜图。

T:What’s he/she doing?

S1: He/She is eating noodles.

T: Do you like eating noodles?

S1:Yes,I do./No, I don’t.

如此复习:play computer games, wacth TV.

(二)New contents.

1、教学: clean/often/ I often ___ ./Do you often ____ ?

(1)引入clean:

T: (教师做打扫的动作问)What am I doing?

Ss:(引导学生回答)You’re cleaning your room.

教授“clean” ea---/i:/

拓展:clean my / your / his /her room.

个别读,小组读。

(2)引入often:

T:Do you like cleaning your room?

S2: Yes ,I do .

T: I like cleaning my room too.老师指着课件上的表格说I clean my room on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday.

So I often clean my room.

(3)教读often,并指着课件上的词组带读句子I often ___ .

(4)小组开火车问答练习(至少请两个小组):What do you often do ? I often ___ .(若学生不会回答时,老师可以指着词组表的某个词组,问:“Do you often ___ ?”并引导学生说:“I often ___ .”

(5)教学Do you often ____ ?

T:(走到学生中间问某生)

Do you often ____ ?

S1: Yes, I do. No, I don’t.

老师板书Do you often ____ ? Yes, I do. No, I don’t.

(5)全班替换操练Do you often ____ ?

2、教学not very often/ not often/not really

T:Please guess what else do I often do?

A.引导学生向老师提问,老师随机回答not very often/not really并教读词组。

(1)S1:Do you often sing songs ?

T: Not very often. I sing songs on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday.Three times a week.

教读词组 Not very often,老师板书Not very often.带读问答:Do you often sing songs ? Not very often.

(2)S1:Do you often play football ?

T: Not really. I stopped a long time ago.(将这两句话重复一遍,并用中文解释:不是的,我有很长一段时间不踢球了。)

教读词组Not really,老师板书Not really.带读问答:Do you often play football ?T: Not really.

B. 老师出示Amy和Lingling的头饰,让Amy的跟Lingling示范对话:

Amy: Do you often sing songs ?

Lingling: Not very often.

Amy:Do you often play football ?

Lingling:Not really.

C.学生两人小组对话练习Do you often_____?Not very often. /Not often./Not really. (过渡句:Pair work. Let’s make a dialogue like this.)

D.学生展示对话Do you often_____?Not very often. /Not often./Not really.(二至三对学生)

E.套《Happy new year》唱

Clean the room , clean the room.

Do you often clean the room?

Not very often,not very often.

I don’t often clean the room.

Play with dolls ,play with dolls,

Do you often play with dolls?

Not really ,not really.

I don’t often play with dolls.

3、课文教学

(1) T:Do you want to see my photo? Ss:Yes.

T:You can say“Yes, I’d love to.” What am I doing ?

Ss: You’re reading books.

( 引导学生说)Do you often read books?

T: Yes, of course.(另一张照片:T plays with dolls.再练习一次这样的对话)

(2)带着问题听第一段课文录音

T: Do you want to know what does Amy often do ?Let’ s listen first and answer:

What are Amy and Lingling doing?

Ss :They ’re looking at photos. (呈现答案并板书题目)

(3)课件呈现题目, 听第二遍课文录音,选择“T”or “F”。

( ) a.Linling wants to see Amy’s photos.

( )b.Amy often plays with dolls.

( )d.Linling often cleans her room.

(4)听第三遍录音,跟读。

(5)分组读课文并小组讨论回答问题,写出答案在练习本:

a.How many photos are they talking about?

b.Does Amy like reading books ?

c.Does Amy often clean her room?

4、拓展对话

(1)Make a survey.屏幕上呈现表格,学生做采访。假如您是小记者,请您用“Do you often …?”去采访你的同学或老师。

过渡语:Interview your classmates and teachers.

学生用Do you often_____?去采访其他同学或老师,并在相应的表格里打√。

5、Summary

Do you often…? 你经常……吗?

Yes,I do. Yes , of course.

No ,I don’t. Not very often. Not really.

6、情感教育

You should often help your mum and clean your room.

1)Make two or four sentences with “often”.
